Our First Christmas!

It's our first Christams as a married couple. How did we spend it? The day of Christmas we were at home with our furbabies. The boys (Pearce and Clyde) were on a major catnip high all day. Bella got a new puppet and several toys from Grandma.
Jud was pumped about his new golf bag and sour patch kids! Juli got us an Our First Christmas ornament. I had been looking for one I liked with no luck. It was perfect!
Over all our first Christmas was relaxing! We love getting to lounge around with each other all day in our home.

Tis the Season!

Jud put up Christmas lights again this year as a part-time job. He works really hard doing it but we love the extra money it brings in. Last year he didn't get to put lights up on our own house because we did not move in until Dec 20th. So of course this year it was a must that I get Christmas lights put up. Here are some of the pictures...

We also decided it was time to update the Christmas tree. So we purchased a 9' tree this year. Holy O'Christmas tree! It is huge but I love it!!

The Honeymooners Part III

One of the best parts of the honeymoon was the dinner on the beach. It was so peaceful and romantic. While we were at dinner Jud also had them decorate the room with rose petals and candles. It was so nice... but they did not do nearly as good of a job as Jud did when he proposed :)
There are people constantly walking around taking your pictures. Which is actually a good thing or we would only have one or two pictures of us together.
Another photo op
Jud got me to go kayaking! Although I got scared when we started getting out real far... Never know a pirate or a shark could get us! :)
We had a great time in Jamaica... We can't wait for our next big trip together!!

The Honeymooners Part II

We got to go on an one excursion on the Honeymoon. We went to Rick's Cafe in Negril. Rick's Cafe is known for it's beautiful sunsets, crazy parties and cliff divers. Unfortunately, during our excursion, tropical storm Paloma decided to hit. The rain and wind picked up like crazy! Needless to say we did not get to see the infamous Rick's Cafe sunset. We did, however, get to see a cliff diver who must have had a death wish! The swells were massive and he kept getting pushed into the cliffs. Just when I thought he was a goner he grabbed a rope and pulled himself up. Man it was intense.

Here are the pics of the waves crashing into the cliffs. The bottom one is of the cove that the cliff diver was stuck in the middle of.

This a picture of us and some friends we met at the resort.

On the way back to the resort from Rick's our driver stopped on the side of the road and bought us a sugar cane from this guy in a cart. Can you believe I actually tried it!?!

The Honeymooners - Part I

For our Honeymoon we went to Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica. We researched and researched and ended up choosing Whitehouse because two of our good friend (Helen and Kemper) recommended it. It was beautiful!
Our Room

The view from our room was amazing!

It seemed like every time we went out to have dinner they would have something waiting for us when we came back to the room. Here is some of their high quality cake decorating in Jamaica :)

My Promise to you

Judsen and I were married on November 1st of 2008. It was the most beautiful day anyone could hope for. Getting to share our love with all of our family and friends was one of the most special days of lives.
Here are our vows:
My promise to you is but a simple one. I will love you today and every day that follows until the end of time. With the passing of every minute, my love grows stronger and my devotion grows deeper. I will love and cherish you until my eyes can no longer see your gentle smile, my ears can no longer hear your loving words and my hands can no longer feel your tender caress. From this moment until my dying breath, you are my love-you are my life.
